Guru Purnima is traditionally observed as a day dedicated to the Guru, when spiritual aspirants honor and express gratitude to their Guru — an opportunity to reflect on the connection with the Guru and express reverence for having Amma as the spiritual light in our lives. This year’s special program at MA Center includes a traditional Guru Paduka Puja performed by Swami Dayamritananda Puri.
All are welcome; no RSVP or pre-registration is required to attend. Schedule: 6:45 p.m. dinner by donation (RSVP for dinner) · 7:30 p.m. Guru Paduka Puja by Swamiji, including Manasa Puja and Amma’s 108 names · bhajans with Swamiji · arati and closing prayers · prasad.
