Welcome to the Raleigh Satsang

Serving the Triangle and Winston-Salem, our satsang gathers each month to chant Amma's names, sing bhajans, and meditate, and cooks each month for Mother's Kitchen to feed neighbors in need.

Whether you have known Amma for years or are simply curious, all are warmly welcome to join us.

When we dedicate ourselves solely to the well-being of others, it is our own mind that becomes pure. When you give your friend a bouquet of flowers, you are the one who first enjoys their beauty and fragrance. In the same way, you can derive happiness from selfless acts.

— Amma

Amma encourages devotees to gather regularly, whether weekly at a home or a hall, to sing, meditate, and pray together, and then to share a meal as a spiritual family. It is an atmosphere that steadies the mind, uplifts everyone present, and quietly shapes the children who grow up in it.

Satsang Schedule

Monthly

We meet for satsang on the second Saturday of each month — the Gurupaduka Stotram, Amma's 108 Names, the Mahishasura Mardini Stotram, bhajans, meditation, and prasad. All are warmly welcome.

Mother's Kitchen

On the fourth Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM, our members prepare and package meals for the Brown Bag Ministry at St Andrew's in Apex. We welcome volunteers to cook, drive, and deliver — contact Girish to help.

Kitchen seva
Children, never waste an opportunity to serve. The entire world looks up to those who have the heart to do selfless service.

— Amma
