Amrita Yoga

Yoga for Inner Well-Being

"The purpose of Yoga is for our inner well-being. It does not belong to any particular faith or religion. It was passed on to us by the ancient seers for the well-being of humanity."

— Amma

Amrita Yoga is a gentle, meditative approach to the traditional asanas, designed to reconnect body, mind and spirit. Classes at MA Center Chicago are held in the new Yoga Shala, underneath the satsang hall.

Weekly Classes

Amrita Yoga — Tuesday mornings from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. in the Yoga Shala. Open and gentle; no prior experience is necessary. To register, email Jagruti at amritayoga.macenter@gmail.com.

Chair Yoga — Tuesday afternoons from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the back of the satsang hall, a gentle practice suitable for all, led by Pranava.

A $10 donation per class is suggested. Learn more about Amrita Yoga at amritayoga.org.
