AYUDH Chicago, the local branch of Amma's international youth movement, meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. Sessions include prayers, bhajans, personality development, Amma's teachings, meditation and yoga, and volunteer activities.
