SATSANG

Welcome to the Centennial Satsang

Our satsang gathers once a month for devotional singing and meditation, then rolls up its sleeves to cook for Denver's Mother's Kitchen — feeding neighbors who are homeless or in need.

Whether you have known Amma for years or are simply curious, all are warmly welcome to join us.

When we dedicate ourselves solely to the well-being of others, it is our own mind that becomes pure. When you give your friend a bouquet of flowers, you are the one who first enjoys their beauty and fragrance. In the same way, you can derive happiness from selfless acts.

— Amma

Amma encourages devotees to gather regularly, whether weekly at a home or a hall, to sing, meditate, and pray together, and then to share a meal as a spiritual family. It is an atmosphere that steadies the mind, uplifts everyone present, and quietly shapes the children who grow up in it.

Satsang Schedule

Monthly

We meet on the second Saturday of each month at 3:30 PM. After satsang we prepare food for Mother's Kitchen and share a vegetarian potluck. All are warmly welcome, including newcomers and children.

Denver Mother's Kitchen

On the second Sunday of each month at 11:00 AM, our members prepare and serve food for people who are homeless or underserved at the Delores Project (1555 Xavier Street, Denver). To lend a hand, contact Mono Singh at 303-842-7172.

Kitchen seva
Children, never waste an opportunity to serve. The entire world looks up to those who have the heart to do selfless service.
