Amrita Hospitals is set to open India’s largest private medical institution. Located in the National Capital Region in Faridabad, the new Amrita Hospital will begin services in August and house up to 2,400 beds when fully operational, making it the largest private-sector hospital in the country.
Spread across 133 acres, the multispecialty facility will include 81 specialty departments. It is the second large-scale Amrita Hospital, following the iconic 1,300-bed institution established in Kochi, Kerala, 25 years ago.
