Amrita SRI - Silent Retreat Immersion

Body

Silent retreat immersions guided by resident swamis — one, five, or nine days of stillness, meditation, and Amrita Yoga to turn within.

Embarking on these retreat  bring you back to your center to experience the deep inner peace and joy that is your true nature. Tuning out the noise of the material world and going inward to reconnect with our inner selves brings clarity, strength of mind, deep peace, and contentment.

Amma has urged her disciples in the US to conduct extended silent meditation retreats for this purpose. Let these retreats create a new foundation for a lifetime of practice, or reinforce and reignite your existing spiritual practices.
